Registration

You can register for the conference by creating an IRIS account and registering at the following link https://ucsc.irisregistration.com/Form/nesy2025.

The early registration fees (by August 7) are:

  • $250 for students
  • $500 for general

The late registration fee (starting August 8) is $800

Travel Grant Opportunities

There are a limited number of travel grants for US-based students and early career researchers. Deadline is July 23, 2025.
